This private residence looks over the Hapuna Beach Hotel golf fairways and the north Kona Coast. The design is inspired by clustering small beach houses together and strives to create intimate and fun spaces in between.  This parcel of land has two primary views and an axis created by the pool and lanais.  Buildings are organized so that each room has an optimal view and privacy.  The pool, garden paths, and lounge areas connect the bedroom suites to the main house.   The main house is equipped with a chefs kitchen, dining, living room, and large master suite.  The pool house lounge is stocked with beverages and food, seating, entertainment, and shade.
